Limited Lifetime Warranty

Patrician warrants its products to the original user, for the originally intended purpose to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and
service, and given normal care, for the lifetime of the product from the original invoice date after January 1, 2008.
Patrician’s obligation and the purchaser’s claim pursuant to this warranty are limited to local repair, factory repair or replacement at Patrician’s option. Patrician reserves the right to inspect the product prior to making a warranty claim determination. Patrician does not authorize any other person or agent to create other
obligations or liabilities in connection with its furniture.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
10 Years
Seating controls are warranted for 10 years after date of shipment for a single shift, forty (40) hour work week of commercial use to the original purchaser.
5 Years
Glides, casters, laminates, veneers, sleeper motion components, chair bed mechanisms, recliner mechanisms and drawer glides are warranted for 5 years after
date of shipment to the original purchaser.
Electrical Systems/Motors & Warming Pads are warranted for 3 years. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of electrical/power supply
or loss of power.
Patrician guarantees upholstered products to be free from defects and meet upholstery tailoring according to product specifications. Fabric and leather program
warranties are not warranted beyond fabric manufacture or supplier warranty.
Furthermore, the warranty for motion parts does not include the removal of defective parts or the installation of replacement parts. Within the warranty period,
Patrician will forward the replacement part (s) at no charge, provided the defective part (s) is returned to the factory.
WARRANTY SUBJECT TO EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply in cases of damage in transit and negligence. In addition, abuse of the product, abnormal usage outside the parameters for which
the product was designed, misuse, accidents and lack of or improper maintenance are all outside the remedies offered in this warranty. Damage caused by installers,
user modification, and attachments to a product, alteration or negligent use of product is not covered.
Normal aging and wear of fabrics, filling materials and finishes are exempted from this warranty.
SPECIFIC LIMITATIONS
COLOR VARIATIONS, FABRIC AND FINISHES
Because of the natural variations over which Patrician has no control, this warranty does not extend to color, grain, or texture of wood. Upholstery covers with regard
to durability, colorfastness, shrinkage or stretching are not warranted beyond what the manufacturer or supplier extends to Patrician. Any defects or objections
associated with Customer’s Own Material (COM/COL), selected by purchaser, including tailoring objections, are not covered under warranty.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OTHER THAN THOSE CLEARLY STATED HEREIN. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. Buyer is
responsible for freight to and from factory on all warranty claims. Any description of the goods sold here under, including any reference to Buyer’s specification
and any description in catalogs, circulars and other written material published by Patrician, is the sole purpose of identifying such good and shall not create an
express warranty that the good shall conform to such description. Patrician retains the right to modify this warranty policy at any time, without notice. PATRICIAN
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY SUM IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
