The Patrician textile program includes Paul Brayton Designs, Designtex, Maharam, Mayer and Momentum. This combination of resources affords customers hundreds of choices to complement any Patrician product and enables the issuing of one purchase order for any combination of textiles from the below program list.
Please note the following textile program terms:
• Fabrics are subject to availability from our textile partners. There may be occasional stocking conditions that affect delivery. Should the situation arise,Patrician will notify you of the delay and you may reselect if you so desire. The textile program selection signifies only that the fabrics can be secured for customers and applied to Patrician seating products. This service does not constitute any warranty, nor any responsibility, on the part of Patrician as to appearance, suitability, behavior or durability of the fabric.
• Please note that ordered fabrics are subject to the return policy of the textile partner. Substantial penalties may be incurred should an order be changed or canceled after the material has shipped. Contact Customer Service at 1.800.334.9309 for assistance in determining these costs.
• All fabrics will be applied as swatched unless the customer specifies otherwise.
